2011-01-18 Once again ADRITEL is among the companies which have been awarded with Highest credit worthiness in Soliditets Credit Rating system. 2010-02-19 Bovista Sweden AB (former CenterPlan Nordic AB) has now trusted ADRITEL with the vast responsibility for their main switchboard. The clients of Bovista have already been serviced by ADRITEL through the service support. 2009-05-05 We welcome Evelina Franzén as a new member of Contact Center. Evelina has recently completed her internship at Amnesty International and will be a most appreciated asset in the company. 2008-08-21 Camilla Kästner joins the team at ADRITEL in our Contact Center. Camilla left the chain store Game Stop where she worked as Assistant Manager. She also has several years of experience in marketing research. Camilla will, in addition to the Contact Center, be helping out with different projects in the company. 2008-08-18 CenterPlan Nordic AB has now also decided to let ADRITEL parttime handle the switchboard for their head office. This service is very flexible and ADRITEL takes care of all incoming calls whenever the reception is unattended. 2008-06-01 AB ADRITEL has now got the responsibility to handle the service support for CenterPlan/Bovista. Bovista administrate apartments and commercial properties on many locations in Sweden. 2007-11-01 Maskinfirma Glaj AB has entrusted the assignment of handling their service support to ADRITEL. Glaj is located in Skövde, the company install and repair white goods, large-scale catering establishments, washing- and medical technology equipment. Glaj has a demand for a more extensive service than only an answering service. ADRITEL has been given the task to gather information from Glaj´s customers and summarize it to a complete report. 2007-08-10 Louice Holmgren has started her employment at the Contact Center. Louice has previously lived in the United States for several years. Hers is one of the lovely voices that will greet you and your clients at our Contact Center. 2007-07-20 Caroline Olsson-Aveheim is one of ADRITEL´s co-workers at the Contact Center. Caroline´s employment started after finishing her Master’s degree of Service Management in 2006. At times she also assists in follow-ups and breakdown assignments within the company. 2007-04-25 ADRITEL is always trying to expand their boundaries and are always looking for new calling agents. If you have a nice phone-voice and speak preferable multiple languages, please contact us. 2007-04-25 The company Prevas, with concentration towards the food industry, wants to get a new product out on the market to help food producers with tracking and quality control. ADRITEL will try to make this as efficient as possible. 2007-04-10 The refuse/waste collecting company SITA Suez has chosen ADRITEL to market their new system for hazardous waste in Sweden. The collaboration will continue throughout April and will hopefully give a helping hand both to SITA as well as nature. 2007-03-01 Extended commission for STENA real estates. From the first of March, ADRITEL handles the STENA service support for apartments in Gothenburg and Stockholm. Since earlier ADRITEL handles the support for Malmö. This increment has resulted in several new employees. 2007-03-01 Maria Hörnquist has since the beginning of the year been responsible for one of ADRITELs Areas of business: our Contact Centre. All contacts with the companies being served by ADRITELs Contact Centre will thereby go through her. Maria has worked in a contact center in Finland among other things. She also studied at HELIA-Helsinki Business Polytechnic in Finland. 2007-02-01 Since February, the international computer company EMC has started using ADRITEL for their Telemarketing and lead-generating in the Nordic countries. Since we are working towards Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, this interesting multi-language project has been an extinction of our business both culturally and language wise. 2007-01-20 Mats Sigfridsson has taken over as Key Accunt Manager and you will meet him/be in contact with him when you want to collaborate in a project with ADRITEL. Mats have a wide education within project management and have earlier run a consultant firm for ISO Certifying towards manufacturing companies. 2007-01-18 Through ADRITEL Gyro has made an exciting global client survey. The interviewees were situated world-wide, as far spread out as Hog Kong and Brazil. We will present more details regarding this kind of international collaborations in our upcoming newsletter. 2005-10-17 ADRITEL has gotten yet a new co-worker! Henriett Gustavsson is our new Contact center member. You will get in contact with her when calling our Contactcenter as well as in some project reports. In June 2004 she got her Degree of Master of Science in Business and Economics, with a major in Business Administration and Marketing. 2005-09-19 ADRITEL has recently employed a new co-worker. Pauline Hallberg has started the employment as Key Account Manager at ADRITEL. Her working duties will be to run various commercial projects. Pauline lives in Malmö and has worked both as a communicator and as a callcenter co-worker within the company. She has a degree in journalism and marketing from the University of Växjö and she has also committed studies abroad in the USA for a year. 2005-05-09 The housing firm Stena Fastigheter has taken over part of Drott’s housing stock. ADRITEL, already representing Stena Fastigheter in Malmö’s Customer Service Center, will from this date also assist former Drott customers in Malmö and Lund. 2005-04-27 From May, ADRITEL will act as McAfee Security Inc’s Infocenter in Sweden and Denmark. The Infocenter will handle questions from both customers and resellers of McAfee. 2005-01-18 Stena Fastigheter in Malmö is expanding their co-operation with ADRITEL, who from this date will act as Stena’s Customer Service and handle all service reports from customers. 2005-01-17 ADRITEL is looking for new communicators to work in different projects starting in January and February. We are especially looking for native Norwegian, Danish and Finnish personnel. Look under ”VACANCIES”. 2005-01-11 Carl Bro Energy want to spread information regarding PFE – the Programme for Energy Efficiency. Carl Bro chooses to work with ADRITEL in order to reach energy intensive companies in Sweden. 2004-11-01 Somfy International will do a big market survey in four European countries to look at needs, trends and possible differences in the markets. ADRITEL has gotten the assignment to market and analyse the Swedish resellers. 2004-10-26 ADRITEL carries out Samsung Electronics Nordic’s yearly market survey on Top 100 Nordic resellers for monitors. Comparisons with earlier results will be made. 2004-10-01 Ulf Nordstrand is employed to implement projects within IT and database management. He will look over and update ADRITEL’s routines. Ulf has a bachelor’s degree in Economics at Uppsala University. 2004-08-02 ADRITEL is looking for new communicators to work in different projects starting August and September. Look under ”VACANCIES”. 2004-07-26 Monica Beal turns 65. Monica, who has been working as a communicator in the company for 10 years, has turned 65 and according to Swedish law she can therefore retire. She has, however, chosen to continue part-time, as of September. Both our customers and we off course are delighted. 2004-05-28 Advanced Medical Optics Inc., AMO, has chosen ADRITEL as their provider of telemarketing services on the Nordic market. ADRITEL will be AMO’s link to their Nordic customers. AMO, an international Corporation with headquarters in California, USA, is a leading manufacturer of for example lens care products. Before 2002, the corporation was a part of Allergan Inc. 2004-04-29 Vasakronan in Stockholm has today signed a general agreement with ADRITEL. ADRITEL will, during this year, carry out different telemarketing assignments in order to investigate the markets needs for new locations in the Great-Stockholm area. 2004-01-12 ADRITEL has a new co-worker! Maria Engström is our new project administrator. Maria is 29 years of age, she lives in nearby Lund, and worked for the firm earlier as a caller. Maria has a Bachelor Degree in the Programme for East and Southeast Asian Area Studies, History and Languages at Lund University. 2003-11-03 ADRITEL is looking for new communicators for new projects. Look under ”VACANCIES”. 2003-10-16 ADRITEL is being educated in the CRM-system Pivotal during a two-day course at Sun Microsystems in England. From now on we are going to register all market information, on behalf of Sun, directly into their systems. 2003-09-01 Sun Microsystems are strengthening their collaboration with ADRITEL. ADRITEL has been working as a partner to Sun Microsystems in different projects since 1993. The news now is that ADRITEL, besides being a partner in different campaigns, also, on behalf of Sun, will be able to manage in-coming response. 2003-08-20 Stena Fastigheter in Malmö are prolonging their co-operation with ADRITEL: During the spring ADRITEL has conducted a running mapping of the market’s needs for new premises. This mapping will continue during the autumn, to generate new prospects for Stena. June 2003 Network Associates Inc. selects ADRITEL as their supplier of their quarterly recurring renewal reminders of McAfee-users in the Nordic countries.
